1. Intellectual Property

The design, code, graphics, brand markers, layouts, and tools of ColourPilot are owned by the site authors. All content generated by you (like gradient outputs, selected colors, palette CSS codes, and canvas extractions) belongs entirely to you. You are free to use generated color codes and CSS declarations for both personal and commercial projects without restriction or attribution.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily load the web-app tool for personal, non-commercial or commercial design purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not build scraper crawlers that overload our static routes generation server.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on ColorPicker's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. ColorPicker makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

4. Governing Law

Any claim relating to ColorPicker's website shall be governed by standard internet usage compliance without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
